We are looking for a Practice Nurse to work across both Bruton Surgery and Wincanton Health Centre in Somerset.
You will provide nursing clinics for vaccinations and immunisations, dressings, screening tests, as well as chronic disease management preferably for Diabetes and/or Respiratory conditions such as asthma or COPD.
This is a permanent, part-time post, for 20 hours per week.
