The results are in – and we are delighted to say that our GP Patient Survey 2026 results are very positive! Overall, 93% of patients said they had a good experience of our surgery, which was the highest result across the Symphony practices. Other notable results include:
- 99% of patients had confidence and trust in the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to
- 98% of patients said their needs were met
- 97% said the healthcare professional was good at listening to the patient
- 95% of patients said they were involved as much as they wanted to be in decisions about their care and treatment
