Take just one hour to discover how your gut health affects your whole body. In this free workshop, our Health and Wellbeing Coaches will guide you through how the gut microbiome works – and why it matters for your overall health. You’ll learn how simple, everyday food choices can boost your gut health, support your energy levels, and improve how you feel. With easy recipe ideas and practical tips, this session is based on trusted research from NHS dietitians and the “Focusing on More” approach to eating well.
