The practice is holding an ‘open event’ on Wednesday 15 November 2023 for patients to meet the practice team informally and find out more about the services available through the surgery, how to use AskMyGP or the NHS App, and about Symphony Healthcare Services too.
Please drop in anytime between 3-5pm for a chat with the team.
We are currently experiencing issues with our IT system. Because of this, we are only accepting URGENT on the day requests. This may cause a delay in the the time it takes for a clinician to contact you. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding & continued support.
