From June 2025, we are delighted to offer NHS Health Checks to our patients. An NHS Health Check is a free check-up of your overall health and can tell you whether you are at a higher risk of developing certain health conditions such as heart disease or diabetes.
Eligible patients are those aged 40 to 74 who have not previously been diagnosed with certain health conditions, and who have not had an NHS Health Check in the past 5 years. Invitations will be sent to eligible patients during the coming months.
