Blood tests – important information


Due to a national shortage of blood vials, all practices have been instructed to cancel all but essential blood tests until 17 September.  We are currently reviewing those patients who have a blood test booked and will contact you directly to reschedule your appointment if necessary.

If you are due to attend the practice for an annual review, please do so for the other checks for your health but we will schedule a blood test for you at a later date.

We apologise for any delays and concerns you may have, but reiterate that this is a national problem affecting all local practices, and we are following the guidance received.  Further information is available here.
