Please be aware there is a national issue with EMIS today. EMIS is our clinical system which holds our patient information and appointment book.
If you have an appointment, you may be called to reschedule or if you do not hear from us please attend your appointment as usual and we will do our best to provide your care. We apologise in advance if there is any confusion.
If you have a medical need, please call the practice as usual or use AskMyGP and we will organise appointments etc as soon as we are able to.
Please bear with us at this time. We will do our best to continue to support patient care, but would be grateful for patient’s understanding and co-operation until the EMIS fault is fixed.
