Green Bag Scheme for hospital admissions

The Somerset Green Bag Scheme has been relaunched.  This is to help patients who may be admitted to hospital to take all their medications in one clearly identifiable bag which can then travel with you while in hospital, and helps the medical team to know what medications you are taking during admission.

For more details please visit our Green Bag Scheme page.
